OCCSC is happy to welcome clients, by appointment, starting on June 14, 2021 at 400 Cooper Street.
The health and safety of our staff, clients and volunteers are our top priority. To ensure that all clients, staff and volunteers are protected, and physical distancing is maintained, we ask that all clients:
1. Wear a mask
2. Make an appointment
3. Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their appointment. (There are no waiting areas at this time)
4. Complete a health screening checklist.
If you have any of the following:

4. Sore throat
5. Runny nose
6. Feeling unwell
7. Have been in close contact with someone who is sick or confirmed with Covid-19 in the past 14 days
8. Have returned from travel outside Canada in the past 14 days

Start or continue mastering English with our engaging classes. We can find a class that fits your schedule (mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends!). English classes are currently offered online, via Zoom. If you’re new to Zoom, we can help you get ready for your first class.

All workers are available to answer information inquiries from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our staff will be divided equally into two teams. One team will be in the office while the other team will continue to work from home. We are only able to meet clients with appointments.
All staff are available to answer questions from 9:00am – 5:00 pm during the week via email.
All one-on-one career support will be by appointment only. This includes: career discussions, job search matching, interview preparation, LinkedIn/networking advice, resume and cover letter help, etc.
