Allana is a HR Manager who collaborates with business leaders to make data driven people decisions in line with organizational goals while maintaining an empathetic leadership style. In addition to being an alumni of Carleton University’s Sprott School of Business, with a major in International Business and a minor in Economics, she is also a Certified Human Resources Professional.
